My name is Caroline but many know me as Mavra Dmitriyevna Zvenigorodskaya - my Russian alias. I am currently living in Canada, and basically taught myself the Russian language. I've never been to Russia but I plan on going someday. Although I'm not Russian myself, I enjoy listening to KINO and other Russian rock, such as Ariya, Nautilus Pompilius, Alisa, Akvarium, and DDT. I enjoy drawing, painting, and working with Photoshop, as well as writing the occasional poem.
Many parts of this site were created several years ago and looking back on my old work, some of them seem rather strange. But I've decided to keep them there, as a snapshot of a time in my life.
